Steps I Take In Getting Your Home Sold:
1. PRICE your home competitively ... to open the market not narrow it.

2. ADVISE as to any changes you may want to make so your property is more saleable.  And provide a "punch-list" of the items that may need to be addressed.

3. STAGING you Home: I will help you showcase the best features of your property.

4. MLS: Submit the data concerning your home you home to the Multiple Listing Service.  This will advertise your home all over North Texas.

5. SIGN: Additional exposure through an attractive eye-catching professional sign(s).

6. LOCKBOX: The heaviest buyer traffic is on weekdays and very often during business hours.  You home will be available for viewing, yet secure during these times.  The Central Showing Services will track every showing and notify you of each appointment made.

7. PROSPECTING: Many agents don't grasp the power of telemarketing.  I prospect several hours daily.  This gives you the probability of a quicker sale.  And it gives me the possibility of finding my own qualified buyer for your home.

8. PAST CLIENTS: Because I have been in this industry for years now, I have a pool of past clients who may either know someone; or may be interested in moving again themselves.  These will be contacted through any one, or more, for several ways.

9. PRINTED MATERIAL: Active agents and buyers will be made visually aware of your property.

10. OPEN HOUSE(s): will be scheduled when appropriate to promote your home to prospective buyers.

11. REALTOR LUNCHEON(s): will be scheduled when appropriate.

12. Internet Traffic: Optimize your home's internet presence by posting it on local and global MLS Systems ans adding multiple photographs will attract the most attention.  I am linked to over 150 International and local websites.

13. REPUTIBLE LENDERS: I deal with a very reputable lender who can get the loan closed and funded.  There is also a sign with a second means of contact placed in your yeard.  There are no missed calls.
